ML20MnTiB 10B21 20MnB4 Spheroidizing Annealing

ML20MnTiB cold heading steel is commonly used in the production of 10.9 fastener, which is characterized by a small amount of boron instead of large amont alloying element, low content of carbon and alloying element, and low cost; Hot-rolled wire rod can be directly drawn and cold heading processing, without the need for pre-nodulation annealing treatment, saving the manufacturing cost of fasteners.

20MnB4 is German standard fastener cold heading steel 1.5525, mainly used in auto parts fastener accessories.

10B21 is the standard material, the grade is carbon steel material, the general name is boron steel, cold heading steel wire rod, which has good plasticity, strength is not too high, heat treatment effect is obvious. The performance is better than 20 steel, generally used for processing fasteners or other structural parts.
