1. Cr12MoV (Domestic General Grade)** Hardness HRC58–62, balanced wear resistance & low cost. For plastic, film, wood, domestic waste, rubber. 2. **SKD11 / D2 (High Wear-Resistant Cold Work Steel)** HRC60–63, excellent abrasion resistance, medium toughness. For glass-filled plastic, cable, thin metal sheet. 3. **DC53 (High Toughness Improved Cold Steel)** 2x higher toughness than SKD11, anti-chipping. For tires, mixed heavy-impact scraps. 4. **H13 (4Cr5MoSiV1 Hot Work Steel)** High toughness & heat resistance, HRC48–52. For heavy-duty shredding of thick steel plates & auto shells. 5. **9CrSi / 6CrW2Si (Economical Alloy Steel)** Low cost, only for light-duty soft materials: paper, soft plastic, wood chips. 6. **Tungsten Carbide (Hard Alloy)** Ultra-high wear resistance, for PCB, battery scraps & abrasive mixed waste. 7. **PM High Speed Steel (ASP2030)** Premium grade for complex industrial electronic waste recycling.
